Date: 2015 Jun 13, 10:33 -0700Here is a haversine table from 0 to 360. The haversine is symmetric, so most tables will put labels at the bottom for angles 180 to 360 (and you read up for the minutes rather than down). This halves the page count at the cost of some "complexity" in reading the table.
It will take time to format the table in that manner, but it was straight forward for me to generate the table included here.
