Hi, David.
It's 6 A.M. Eastern, don't have much time. Attached is a Meridian Angle Algorithm worksheet filled out, with some notes.
This is Sumner, revisited with logarithms to make that Multiplication easy.
There are some mistakes on this worksheet, so beware, but the method is correct.
Just to decrypt my chaotic documentation.
