Good catch, Homer! Yes, it looks like some sort of vandalism at heavens-above. I don't think I would call it "hacking" since it seems quite sloppy. Someone is screwing around...
WORRIERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE: This is not a problem with the NavList website or NavList messages. It's a problem with the excellent and generally reliable satellite-tracking website at heavens-above.com. I assume it will be resolved soon.
