I have attached a pdf file of the brochure that I think you are looking for. Perhaps Frank could archive it?
As for the date of the sextant, Heath started the 20th century with the serial letter A, but whether they counted the beginning as 1900 or 1901, I don't know. Most likely it was 1900, so the "D" of your sextant would be 26 + 4, i.e 1930, which coincides with my initial " best guess."
