The Astra is a good instrument.
I believe the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy uses them. For reasons I have failed to under understand, I became interested in Celestial Navigation a while back, and treated myself to an Astra sextant, that I use when we get to the sea shore or via an artificial horizon at our apartment complex. I have no understanding of your countries currency, but for the equivalent of $ 150 U.S.. you found a bargain. Enjoy it.
