NavList:

The Longterm Sun's GHA and Dec Table4 is unchanged in the HO249 for more then 40 years.
I have one HO249 vol3 from 1975, I bougt that when I started interesing in Celestial Navigation.
Table4 is over 40 years annoying to use and the Explanation is more a Confusion, I mentioned
this in march 2015 and learned how to use it by info from Navlist members.
But Table 4 is hard to use because it is incompleet, you have to do unnecessary work over and over.
I have completed the Main Table 4 for myself and now it is much easier and faster to use then ever.
The info still fits on 2 pages A4 only the Manual how to use it is on the 3 page.
The Step by Step manual in written in "Dutch" english so comments to improve it are welcome.
I think not many people use Suns Table 4 because the original is crap to use.
I hope that the improved Table 4 is easyer and faster to use for everybody.
If you find errors (I corrected one error in the original Table 4 that nobody had mentioned before)
pleace inform me so i can correct it. I have send this info also  to other people for comment and control.
The old Table 4 costed me 8 minutes to use, now it takes me 2min 20sec.
