Dear Herman,
You mentioned the typo in the original Table 4 that nobody ever complain about.
I could find two suspicious places - in the "Explanation" where the example given suddenly jumps from the calculated OT = 21h to OT = 20h: ("Jan.17d20h OT"). Was that the thing you've mentioned?
