There’s a slide for the eyepiece to fit in but no sign of the actual eyepiece . You need to take it off to close the box. Perhaps he left it in its stowage. It should be right rear of the box. You could always ask the vendor. Could you use it without the eyepiece? At least he’s not using the usual eBay sales pitch of ‘As used in Lancaster bomber’. Dave P
