Dear Tony,
If one's chronometer is on UTC (or GMT by then) there is no way a navigator to plunge into mind-boggling puzzle-solving process
asking himself stupid questions "Which NA page should I use now?!?!".
That are very wise words.
The Celestial Navigator should breath, eat, read, feel, think and use only UT.
Use one separate clock/watch/stopwatch set to UT with digital 24 hh:mm:ss + date display.
see attached stopwatch.
And do not torture yourself with all the different sorts of Times/Zones, am/pm, analog display etc.
Using only UT makes CN much easyer, no unnecessarily errors and headache.
Celestial Navigation must be fun for everybody, not only for masochits.
Just my idea after making many errors with time.
