I was reading an article about a phone that a friend of mine had recently purchased when I noticed that in the background of one of the images there was a keyboard with a sextant key. Of course I had to find out more. Apparently they are custom keys which can be added to your keyboard and are available on a website called "Massdrop". The set is called "Nautilus" and also includes an old-school diver's helmet and a Nautilus submarine being attacked by a giant squid.
Unfortunately, I found the website kind of confusing in terms of availability and price. It looks like this set is currently unavailable (but may be in the future) and runs anywhere between $21.99 and $129.99, depending on which keys you want. I'm not sure though. I've attached the "price list". See if you can make any sense of it - because I can't.
