Hello, Some time ago somebody here had been interested in an aircraft mount for a Kollsman periscopic sextant. I have one which I would consider to part with. It is (as far as I can deduct from an inspection stamp on it) an ex US Air Force 28 Volts version. It is in a general good condition (pressure orifice works, sextant clamping mechanism ok, counter works, electric works, comes with a power supply cable), however, it has two issues I know of: 1. The light bulb housing for the counter illumination is missing. 2 There is a somewhat loose connection between the lower and the upper part. I can see some old degraded sealant at this split (please the photo where my thumb is pointing to it) but I am not sure if some bolts are loose or missing inside that prevent rotation and some axial movement between the parts. I don't want to disassemble the mount in order to find out. For genral condition see attached photos. In case somebody is interested to aquire this mount I would accept offers in US Dollars or Euros (transfer via Paypal). Shipping is from Germany. Shipping cost have to be evaluated separately and shall be borne by the buyer. Interested parties may contact me directly under: w.r.l(at)gmx.net Regards, Werner Luehmann
