I wasn't being facetious since we use "mils" for angles in the Army. "Artillery mils" are and approximation of the "milliradian" about 1,000th of a radian. There are 6,400 mils in a circle instead of the exact two thousand Pi miliradians, a much easier number for doing math in your head.
