Actually there are three. You need to add Myanmar to the list. 
I lived and worked there many years and struggled with the standard system a 
lot.  Though that probably says more about me then the system.

PS. To keep on topic with the list I should perhaps add that in Yangon I was 
given a real nice Tamaya  MS 633 back in 2010
