Tom,
I remember Doug Mckay very well. We anchored the fencing team for four years. Prof. Fred Hess was a most entertaining summer sea term celestial navigation instructor. He would crack up the class using his large girth to describe the equatorial bulge of the earth.

Good to hear from you! I was '84 incoming, 83 outgoing. I roomed with Brian McKay and I bet you remember his brother. Thanks for reminding me that those were MKII's.
All the same profs were permanent fixtures on my watch Hess, HAP and even Commie Bob etc. That was quite an era.
