GH method and Douwes, (he solved the system only for latitude), are two sides of the same coin, the solution by Gauss of:
cos B cos Dec1 cos ( GHA1-L ) + sin B sin Dec1 - sin H1 = 0
cos B cos Dec2 cos ( GHA2-L ) + sin B sin Dec2 - sin H2 = 0
