great that we agree so closely, and thanks again for a puzzle that's not only interesting but also pretty! :)
I poked around in timeanddate and Stellarium and it turns out that in 3 weeks, on 20 March 2024, 14:35 CET, quite a full Moon should be rising roughly in the same direction (Zn = 59.3°, Ha = 2.25°). So weather permitting, from that road you might be able to re-create (a version of) the picture yourself, if you have a sufficiently long lens and a precise enough prediction of where to stand.
