Seeking manuals and documentation on my Link Sextant Collimator which I use to zero the bubble sextants which I restore.
Before I obtained this instrument, I used the horizon line of Lake Michigan on a clear day at the shore to eliminate dip error as a zero datum for zeroing instruments.
Laying down on a mat at the lake shore in Wintertime Chicago gets somewhat cold.
