A mountain bike (recent), a Hughes Flying Boat Sextant (DOB 1944), Table 4, and Hav/Doniol (DOB 1924) did it for me (DOB = Sextant).
Timing of the sight compared to the time of submission to Navlist includes the time to pedal back home uphill, work the sight very longhand, and fiddle with the IT to put the report together.
