Greg:
Enjoy Florida. Spent some months in Pensacola years back on a design job. FIrst time I ever had gumbo and crawfish. Much enjoyed my stay there, back when I was a much younger wandering draftsman- designer.
I expect that your educational background included more in the way of mathematics than mine did, however if the longer scales on a circular slide rule did not provide sufficient coverage, how would things come out with a 10" slide rule, and it's shorter scales. I do note your seeming reference to tables, which could make a large differnce. In my small collection of oddments, there lurk a couple of English cylindrical slide rules, which one of these days I will actually sit down with, I keep telling myself. Regards.
