Frank,
This is my first scratch at detailing one of these navigational 'scraps of paper'. You had already solved it. I see how this could become adictive.
Any idea what the words are on lines 3, 4 and 6 and what the corrections values are on lines 2 and 4? I suspect these values are shortcuts like combining dip with SD or something like that. Also the number in line 9 is mystery to me.
