Ed,
it appears that the American NA was [printed about 2 years in advance of the cover date. Whether or not they were made available for sale on that date,,or not,, i do not know. Some of the data also would be repeated at periodic intervals, so an older almanac might become useful if saved..

What did they do for the out years? Were Almanacs recycled for the next year with some sort of corrections?
