Below is a picture of the two telescopes, so everyone can see that the longest of the two is the one with inverted image and two cross lines.
I actually tried the inverted image telescope when I first went to the Miami beach area to test the index error. At first, it took some time to get use to the inverted image, but it was rather difficult to get a stable image by holding the sextant by hand.
Both telescopes have about the same power, so I am curious to know why the inverted image telescope is more difficult to manage.
