Just for fun ... I wanted to check own results on that one.
Even though own "absolute results" are off by about 3", "relative results" should still show at least 2 if not 3 significant figures.
Here I found that the difference between No-Ref MSD and Ref MSD is equal to 0.00376', or 0.0000627° which is consistent with your own determination of about 0.0001°
