There's always the possibility that I changed something and introduced an error recently. Changing to new servers wouldn't do that by itself, but of course, I couldn't resist doing a little "fiddling" in the code during the process. It's also possible that there is some much older "anomaly" that no one noticed until now. We'll see... I doubt that this is the case, but I will look into it.
