I found Frank's Easy Lunars page to be a good starting point. It's really not all that complicated, once you are able to wrap your head around it. Especially if you're familiar with taking 'regular' sextant sights. I'll admit, I was a bit baffled by the math at first. Even so, my very first lunar (as I recall) was less than a minute off from actual UT. I just needed some help from Frank to be able to clear it correctly. Of course, you can always use his online calculator while you learn any other method of your choice for clearing.
