A few thoughts of how to proceed. Consider Frank's online lunar calculator to be correct. Then, when you put your values in you will see that your GHA and declination of both moon and star is somewhat off, compared to Frank's values. This has to be corrected.
Proceed using Frank's GHA and declination values in your step 2) and 3). Then you can see if your m, s, m-M and s-S agree with Frank's values, or not. Correct if necessary.
When these issues are in place, the rest would be easy.
