    M.O.A. to Degrees wondering

When working out a sight reduction the MODERN way.
Everything in degrees on the handheld calculator.
I wondered why the conversion of minutes of arc to degrees, mostly gaves values with a repetitive figure.

To see if this is always the case I mad a Excel table of the conversion See attached PDF.
Every 3e rule (3 fits in 60)? a whole answer. They ad up with 0,05 each time.
The rest repetitive decimals 3 or 6.
This is caused by the 60 number system?

Are there more of these specific figures in CelNav?

Just a side way wondering of me.
