Then you will have to figure arc to time for your longitude. 1° west of prime meridian is 4 minutes of time later. 1° east is 4 minutes of time sooner. For example if you were in Chicago then the meridian passage would be about 8 minutes sooner plus 1 hour for daylight savings 12:43.
