David, I am familiar with your suggestion for a "better" method of determining the MT time. And I understand your comment about the "lower left page refererance" being limited by a reference based on minutes rather than seconds; but, I'm having a little trouble understanding the meaning of your following comment regarding a 4 minute band of time?
