Celnav is soul food and I think lunars are desert! See Slocum's hymn to the work of lunarians ".....beautifully edifying, and there is nothing in the realm of navigation that lifts one's heart up more in adoration."
I must confess, however, to a similar sense of awe watching Harrison' s clocks still ticking away at the Greenwhich Maritime Museum! I suppose the miraculous hidden science and human achievement behind the GPS outranks everything, but condensed into a black box with buttons, it is difficult to see and feel.
