From Vero Beach , Florida a rare look at the Moon as the down unders see it. An observation was done using a Bendix US Navy MK V bubble octant which showed an Hs of 89° 54'. Strangely the Moon would not leave the bubble when the octant was rocked. The attached image is at the exact zenith and taken while facing north.
