Hi,
At what minimum magnetude of the moon (Nautical Almanac) can Celestial Observations be made during the night hours (< -18° below the horizon) (for example at sea) so that the horizon is clearly visible ? In my "Preparing the Sky" I can then know if I can make sextant observations during a particular night, or not ?!
