I converted parts from a non-functioning LCD monitor into a plotting sheet board.
The large 5/16" thick plastic display panel (not the actual LCD screen) and matte finish thin flexible sheet were removed from the monitor. The thin flexible sheet was taped to the top of the plastic display panel on 2 sides so that a UPS can be slid between the two. The flexible sheet has enough "tooth" to plot LOPs with a pencil and can be erased easily. So far I've only used 1 UPS in 5 months and there are no marks on the UPS even though about 300+ sights were plotted.
In the pictures you can also see the T-plotter I made that has Latitude and Longitude scales taped to them. (Longitude W075°)
