Ram (mobile) Mount system has gizmos gadgets and goodies than can mount about anything to something else. Throw in some photographic grip hardware from Bogen/Manfrotto and you are good to go. I've used the
Manfrotto 2909 Super Clamp on the handle of my sextant to mount it to tripods etc. Much more fun than Tinker Toys or Errector sets.
