Dear David,

What a coincidence! I was working a lot to make a better interface. I launched a new release of the app.

( The bug that you mentioned, is well known in android, and is solved updating the SDK. Now is targetSdkVersion = 29. You also must the last version of Google Play Services)

Please update it. And I hope every thing is working fine.
