Thank you, Bruce.
I had to keep to specified number of pages and I think it is unlikely that the publisher would agree to a second, enlarged edition for a book which they thought would not be a best seller, but have steady sales over a long period. I get about $3 per copy, so I am not getting rich on it. However, if enough people messaged Paradise Cay, they might change their minds.
Alternatively, I could perhaps self-publish a compendium of some of the more interesting items on the web site (sextantbook.com) and include a re-vamped version of my commentary on Jesse Ramsden's dividing engine, currently available to read via NavList.
Thoughts welcome
