It’s nice to read through the archives when you are first on board, but messages to the effect, ‘we have already discussed that,’ are indeed a pox unless the outcome of the discussion is thoroughly clarified in the ‘already’ post and backed up by a link to the original post.

There was too little demand back in 2018 (and this was at a very low suggested price). In addition to what I wrote back in 2018, I am more convinced than ever that the archives are, in fact, a pox on the community. The archives stifle and stop active discussion. Why ask a question or bring up a topic in the bright light of public discussion when you can look it up in private shadows of the secret Libraria Navlistiana?
