No. Never produced. When I checked last with a commercial 3D printing form, the unit cost was over a thousand dollars for slide rule plus case. But that was several years ago. Probably advances in technology have brought the price down. I should probably try again now that time has passed.
It might also be worthwhile going to a machine shop to investigate what it would take to produce the rule in nickle using a CNC machine.
I'll post my progress (if there is any progress to be made) here.
