Very nice! I like the K&E vibe on the SMJ logo.
I see the four socket-head cap screws in the stator---is there provision for adjusting the stator spacing to fine-tune the friction? Same question for the cursor---most designs have a spring to preload the cursor up or down as well as some clearance around the screws to allow fine-tuning of the cursor perpendicularity (and alignment front-to-back for duplex rules).
How are the multiple colors done?
