Assuming you meant 1 "book" for all forms of navigation I would go with the 1984 edition of Bowditch (both volumes) which has both a long term almanac and sight reduction tables for celestial navigation as well as descriptions of visual and magnetic navigation. Other editions may contain these to but this is the edition I have.
