To users of this app:
Through a recent exchange of email with the developers, I was made aware that this app uses an internal table (if the "advanced" settings are not used) to determine the correct number of leap seconds for a requested date. The developers also informed me that, "...Celestial will require an update by the end of June to add the extra leap second; it is currently in the works and it will also be an update to modernize the UI to iOS 7/8."
Just thought I'd pass this information along.
