Scanning won't be necessary. There's a copy online for the epoch you need! You can find it through HathiTrust:
Pub.249 v.1 epoch 1995.
You can view any page. You can also download individual pages and, with patience, the entire volume. There are also examples from other epoch years, including 1955, which I have been looking for.
