In the last line of my example, the lower case digits are not significant on an operational standpoint but they can nonetheless prove useful for computation performance in-depth cross-checking.

Here it was specifically important to use at least one such lower case digit, namely the one for the Longitude because when you round-off a value ending by 4, 5 , or 6 - with "4" being the case here - your absolute error is biggest then. This could become a problem when nit-picking numbers themselves. This is [much] less the case when you round off 0, 1, 2 or even 3 to "zero" and the same also holds true when rounding-off 9, 8, or even 7 to the immediately higher left digit.

With this rule in mind, I then could have skipped indicating the lower case digit for Latitude - namely a "1" here - but the non-symetrical display/layout between both coordinates then might possibly have raised doubts about a possible typo somewhere.
