Noon Sun today Groton, CT (two hours from now):
If any of you want to join us for Noon Sun and other sight practice, we will be at Avery Point, University of Connecticut campus (Google here: 41.3162° N, 72.0664° W) from about 12:25 to 1:15 EDT. Local noon is near 12:46 EDT. Meet about 200 feet south of the sculpture of the "pig on an anvil". Yes, that's a thing. Easy parking at the south end of the big lot just as you enter the UConn grounds...

PS: If you have done sights with me before in Groton, this is not the same as Eastern Point which is about a quarter mile west from Avery Point. It's still "summer" at Eastern Point which means limited access and pay parking at that location. That's why Avery Point is a better choice today.
