Using Greg's tables and sight reduction form makes it quick and easy: less hassle, compact. It took me a while to understand how this Ageton Classic form worked for calculating alt and azimuth, as I have been using the traditional almanac approach until now. I compared with results from some of my older exercises. It's my first time trying an "alternative" sight reduction approach, but now definitely will try some others. Hav Doniol seems to be another good candidate for trying.
