Do we need to register? My background in celestial nav is for the merchant marine Oceans endorsement recently took the management level one.

I recommend that anyone planning on attending the lunars workshop should take my "Celestial Navigation in the Age of Sail" workshop first, but if you have a good background in general celestial navigation, it's not an absolute requirement.
