For $5.95 plus tax in the US. They are in the accuracy range of a Starrett 95 machinists level. I believe the stated accuracy of the Starrett 95 is that which moves the bubble one division. The discernible movement of the bubble is much, much more precise.
A three point adjustable platform, mirror, and two levels at 90 degrees is pretty much spill proof.
