I've got quite a few sextants but only one with a split mirror. It seems to be particularly difficult to use with an artificial horizon. It's a Toizaki junior. A nice feeling instrument OK at sea but very difficult in the garden. Tried adjusting but came to the conclusion it's the split mirror.
