Pacific Northwest dumped on - again

You may have seen some predictions that the Pacific Northwest is about to get a lot of rain. 4" plus in 24 hours is a general area prediction but I've seen 8" and 10" predictions also.
Windy.com is an interesting visual that shows worldwide winds and 40 knots plus just off the coast.
On the AXIOS website this morning they describe it as a "Bomb Cyclone" A non-tropical storm where the pressure drops 24 mb in 24 hours. This storm is predicted to double that pressure drop.
