We don't know for exactly which sets of table Worsley was carrying on the 1914 Trans-Antarctic Expedition. I haven't found the tables online but they are mentioned here where it states that they were "Supplied by H.M. Fleet by Admiralty order." It would not be out of the question that Worsley had a set.
The only evidence we found in the log books that he might have been using azimuth tables is in the reduction of ex-meridian star sights for latitude made while they were trapped in the ice during the winter of 1915. As explained on page 73 here, azimuth tables can be used for this purpose.
